Audio Portraits
These short, evocative audio portraits invite you to immerse yourself in the insights and lived experience of disabled activists, artists, and first responders on the front lines of climate response. The pieces are crafted by disabled UK audio artist Claire Cunningham, in partnership with Julia Watts Belser, and with original music by composer Matthias Hermann. Each audio portrait is about three minutes long, drawing together short snippets from original audio interviews to offer listeners a window into lives and worlds of disability activists who are navigating climate disruption and working for climate justice.
